Gold leafing is a lost art and is often done on churches and courthouses. First, we hand scrape, as needed, necessary areas to get a clean surface. Sometimes, areas will have to be repaired or painted before application of gold leaf. After the area is laid out, we apply the gold. In some cases we apply a protective coating over the gold leaf.
